Instructions for Use of URS / URSL System

• Set up the Advin HD Camera System, connect it to the medical monitor, and attach the LED light source for clear visualization, while using the video recorder if documentation is required.
• Assemble the rigid ureterorenoscope and connect it to the camera and light source for internal viewing.
• Insert a PTFE, hydrophilic, or zebra guide wire into the ureter to create a safe working pathway.
• Advance the ureterorenoscope over the guide wire into the ureter to locate the stone.
• Use URS forceps or baskets (Segura / Helical) to capture and remove stones.
• Deploy a stone cone if required to prevent stone migration during fragmentation.
• Use the Bugbee electrode if minor coagulation is needed during the procedure.
• Insert a Double J stent after the procedure to maintain ureteral patency and support healing.
• Use a ureteric catheter if required for access or contrast studies.
• Maintain a sterile field using cystoscopy, lithotomy, under buttock, and split drapes throughout the procedure.
• After completion, clean and sterilize all reusable instruments properly.
