Instructions for Use (IFU) Guidelines

• Assemble the TURP Resectoscope with 26 Fr Sheath, then insert the working element with loop electrode for tissue resection.
• Attach the TUR Irrigation Set to maintain continuous saline flow and clear vision during surgery.
• Perform prostate tissue resection using the bipolar loop electrode under direct visualization.
• Remove tissue fragments using the Ellik bottle or Toomey syringe to keep the field clean.
• Insert a 3-way Foley catheter after the procedure for drainage and continuous irrigation.
• Connect to a urine bag or urometer to monitor output post-surgery.
• After completion, place all reusable instruments in the sterilization tray and ensure proper cleaning.
