Path Finder

Advin Health Care manufactures the Path Finder to aid healthcare professionals in accessing difficult or narrow passages within the body. It is especially effective in procedures that require precise placement of guide wires, catheters, or other instruments within the urinary tract. Its streamlined design ensures minimal trauma and allows for smooth instrument advancement. The Path Finder improves procedural efficiency while enhancing patient safety and comfort.

Advanced Features

  • Provides accurate guidance for instruments
  • Minimizes trauma during navigation
  • Smooth insertion and reliable performance
  • Supports precise placement of guide wires or catheters

Plastibell Circumcision Device

Plastibell is a single-use disposable plastic device mainly used to circumcise infants, but it can be used for boys up to 12 years of age.

The Plastibell plastic ring is placed under the foreskin and secured with a circumferential ligature, which prevents bleeding when the distal foreskin is excised.

Advanced Features:

  • Single-use device.
  • which prevents reuse and potential transmission of infection.
  • Reduced risk of injury to the glans, compared to the Mogen clamp.
  • No bandage is required, allowing for easy monitoring for bleeding or infection
  • Sterile, safe to use, individually packaged.
  • Mismatched parts that often render other clamps unsafe or unusable.

Stripped Guide Wire

Advin Health Care offers the Stripped Guide Wire, engineered to provide exceptional trackability and control during complex urological procedures. This guide wire features a nitinol core for flexibility and kink resistance, while the hydrophilic coating enhances lubricity for smooth navigation through tortuous anatomy. Its striped design provides clear visual feedback under fluoroscopy, helping clinicians maintain accurate positioning. Ideal for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications, the Stripped Guide Wire supports efficient and safe device placement with consistent performance.

Advanced Features:

  • Guide wire tip to be delivered to the desired position in a vessel
  • Allows moving the distal tip to search for the true lumen
  • Permits shape memory retention of the distal tip throughout
  • Transmit rotational forces from the operators hand to the tip
  • Advance balloon catheters/other devices on Guidewire

Stripped Guide Wire

The Stripped Guide Wire is engineered for optimal visibility and control during access and device placement in challenging anatomical pathways. Its signature striped (Stripped-like) jacket design enhances fluoroscopic visualization, aiding physicians in real-time navigation through the urinary or biliary tract.

Manufactured by Advin Gastrology, the Stripped Guide Wire features a kink-resistant nitinol core that maintains flexibility while ensuring shape memory and torque transmission. The hydrophilic coating delivers excellent lubricity, allowing smooth passage through tortuous anatomy with minimal resistance. Available in various lengths, diameters, and tip styles (straight, angled, or floppy), it accommodates diverse procedural needs in urology, gastrology, and interventional radiology.

Advanced Features

  • Striped radiopaque jacket for superior fluoroscopic visibility
  • Hydrophilic coating for maximum lubricity and smooth advancement
  • Nitinol core with excellent torqueability and shape memory
  • Kink-resistant design for reliable navigation in complex anatomy
  • Available with straight or angled tip for versatile access
  • Compatible with a wide range of catheters and devices
  • Ideal for crossing tight strictures or tortuous vessels
  • Multiple sizes and lengths available to suit clinical preferences
  • Sterile, single-use to minimize infection risk
  • Designed for consistent performance and enhanced safety

Nitinol Guide Wire

Gaining access and navigating the tortuous urinary tract are the primary functions of ureteral guide wires. The nitinol guidewire is designed to optimize both functions.

Made of a nitinol core wire it has a hydrophilic coating to aid in insertion and passage of instrumentation. It is available in various wire sizes, tip designs, and shaft configurations. It comes individually packaged, sterile and for single use.

Advanced Features:

  • Guidewire tip to be delivered to the desired position in a vessel
  • Transmit rotational forces from the operator’s hand to the tip
  • Advance balloon catheters/other devices on Guidewire
  • Allows moving the distal tip to search for the true lumen.
  • Permits shape memory retention of the distal tip throughout

Hydrophilic Guidewire

Hydrophilic guidewire provides an optimum level of lubricity to cross the most difficult lesion and facilitates successful clinical outcomes in the most challenging procedures.

The resilient hydrated gel coating provides a constant fluid layer on the wire surface for optimum lubricity and long-lasting durability. Nitinol core wire and radiopaque jackets are designed to provide enhanced visibility.

  • better appreciated with non-coated/hydrophobic coated, coil tipped wires and it with a hydrophilic coating.

PTFE Guide Wire

PTFE Guide Wire is kink resistive with or without PTFE coating, galvanized stainless steel and having a fixed core.

Flat wire outer coil allows for larger core and increased shaft rigidity to assist in navigating tortuous anatomy and device placement.

Smooth PTFE coating provides a low coefficient of friction to facilitate advancement and catheter tracking. Tungsten-filled radiopaque tip enhances fluoroscopic visualization,

  • better appreciated with non-coated/hydrophobic coated, coil tipped wires and it with a hydrophilic coating.
